🚩 Report and block
If a member harasses you, impersonates someone, sends suspicious links, or makes you uncomfortable, use the available Report and Block actions. Do not send money to people you have only met online.
🔒 Protect your privacy
Share only information you are comfortable making visible. Do not post your home address, private documents, passwords, or precise live location.
✅ Understand badges
A badge should only appear when Zentro has authorised that account. A Founder & CEO label identifies the founder account; ordinary member verification requires an actual review. Email confirmation alone does not prove a person's identity.
🤝 Community standards
Be respectful, do not impersonate others, do not spam or threaten people, and do not post content that violates others' privacy. Report concerns instead of escalating conflict.
♿ Accessibility
Zentro respects your device's reduced-motion preference and provides visible keyboard focus indicators. If an important action is hard to use, report the issue so it can be improved.

Use the in-app Report option for safety concerns. Official platform notices appear in Announcements. Support contact details should be added here once Zentro has a dedicated, monitored support address.
